Call for proposals: Investing in People 2007-2013
Available for ACP cultural operators the call focuses on governance gouvernance de la culture and strengthening capacities of non-state actors in the cultural sector. The organisation of cultural or artistic activities must not be the main objective of proposed actions.
This is a restricted Call for Proposals. In the first instance, only Concept Notes must be submitted for evaluation.
