Manager/ Executive (Capability Development)
You will be involved in the development of policies and strategies to ensure that the relevant manpower and capability needs are met through education and training; working closely with stakeholders to plan and implement programmes that support continual training and improvement among our arts practitioners and professionals; and grooming the next generation of cultural leaders, professional companies and peak bodies to spur growth.
Requirements:
• A good degree with 2 years of relevant working experience
• A good working knowledge of the arts and cultural sector in Singapore, and preferably the landscape for specialised arts education and training
• Have strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills with ability to write well
• Good team player
