Director, Finance
Reporting to the Executive Director, Resources, the Finance Director role is critical to the success of the Arts Council. You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the organisation and ensuring good financial control. Management of key relationships with a large number of internal and external stakeholders is an important part of this role as is leading and motivating a team based in London and in the shared service centre in Manchester.
As a member of the Resources senior management team, you will work closely with the other Resources teams of HR, IT and Property, Procurement and Legal Services to implement improvements to business processes, drive culture change and communicate more effectively within Resources and with the rest of the organisation.
You will be joining the Arts Council at an exciting yet challenging time and have the opportunity to contribute to the future success and the realisation of our plans.
