Senior Human Resources Adviser, Corporate Resources
You will be providing expert operational human resources services and advice across the organisation and supporting the work of the Director Human Resources. You will provide generalist HR advice and operational services to all divisions of the Australia Council. Services include, but not limited to:
- Recruitment and selection (including induction and probation)
- Learning and development
- Performance management
- Health and wellbeing
- Employment relations
- Remuneration and benefits (including payroll).
To be successful in this role you will be willing and able to communicate effectively with people throughout the organisation and possess high level numeracy skills as well as a willingness to proactively promote human resource policy and procedures.
