Axis is seeking a new Chair to succeed Susan Royce in November 2010.
Axis gives more than 2,600 artists and art professionals a versatile platform for presenting their practice online. With over 780,000 visits each year, the website is an increasingly influential forum for news, debate and information about contemporary art in the UK.
The position of Chair will be crucial in helping Axis develop its services and reputation. The right candidate is likely to be enthusiastic about contemporary art, sympathetic to web technologies and an experienced leader.
