Assistant Director (Strategic Planning)
You will be part of the Planning and Policy Group which undertakes strategic planning and research, and works with stakeholders to develop arts policies and strategies in arts education, capability development and arts infrastructure. In particular, you will lead a team in the strategic planning and performance management for the Council's work, as well as the management and analysis of arts statistics, trends and research.
Requirements:
· Good degree with at least 5 years of working experience in a supervisory role
· Experience in strategic planning and/ or research related role
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Creative and passionate about the arts
· Good team spirit and strong customer orientation
You are also required to include one-page write-up on your interest and involvement in the arts.
