Director, Collections Support and Access Section
The Collections Branch within the Arts & Culture Group works to develop a rich and stimulating cultural sector for all Australians. The successful applicant will manage and conduct complex compliance assessments into activities and projects subject to the Australian Government Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Act 1986 (PMCH Act) and the Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Regulations 1987 (PMCH Regulations).
The successful applicant will also provide high level advice and recommendations on compliance and related matters to the Minister and senior executive staff, in consultation with the Compliance Support Unit and liaise and build networks across all levels of Government and other stakeholders.
