This challenging role will suit an ambitious, highly motivated, creative individual with substantial knowledge and experience of the complexities of running a regional theatre proving capable of providing strategic vision and professional leadership.
Your experience should encompass strategic financial management, sustaining relationships with key stakeholders and experience of delivering change and managing staff at all levels. You will also have a passion and commitment to theatre.
