Business Development Manager, Arts Development
What you will be doing
In this role you will provide expert analysis, advice and project management services on business modelling and capacity building strategies for arts organisations. In addition you will contribute to the Arts Development Division’s role in providing advice, expertise, services and resources to assist artists and arts organisations in the areas of arts marketing, strategic planning and business development, audience development, market development, research and analysis.
What you can expect
Commencement salary is circa $80,000 per annum plus super negotiable based on skills, qualifications and experience.
Selection Criteria
Detailed background knowledge in business modelling and capacity building strategies.
Ability to plan and deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive with their intended audiences, to present complex issues clearly, credibly and effectively and to develop complex documents reports and communications. Ability to canvas and acknowledge the views of team members.
Ability to identify issues, to obtain relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources and identify alternative solutions, including to assess the accuracy, validity and integrity of the data and to identify key issues and relationships relevant to achieving long range goals and developing policy proposals.
Ability to actively participate as a member of the team to move towards the completion of goals and to support team decisions
