The Lichfield Festival are currently seeking to appoint a Festival Director on a Part Time, Fixed Term Contract.
The salary will be based on £32,500 pro rata
In the broadest terms the Festival Director is both the Artistic Director and the General Manager of the Festival.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in programming, music and arts management, the vision to guide and develop the Festival’s future direction in challenging times and the ability to lead and inspire a dedicated administrative team and many volunteers.
