Program Manager ArtStart
What you will be doing
In this role you will manage the implementation and on-going delivery and evaluation of the ArtStart grants program for the Australia Council. .
What you can expect
Commencement salary is $78,000 plus super negotiable based on skills, qualifications and experience.
Selection Criteria
Client Awareness – Ability to consider how actions or plans will affect clients and to respond quickly and effectively to meet client needs and resolve problems.
Communication/Negotiation Skills – Ability to plan and deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive with their intended audiences, to present complex issues clearly, credibly and effectively and to develop complex documents reports and communications. Ability to canvas and acknowledge the views of team members.
Project/Work Management – Ability to effectively manage one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to manage large and complex projects
Leadership – Ability to lead, encourage, inspire and support others to develop confidence and capability to help them realise their full potential.
Technical/Professional knowledge – Knowledge and understanding of micro to small business enterprises, particularly in the context of the creative arts. Detailed knowledge of effective and efficient grants management and assessment processes, including experience in co-ordinating evaluation strategies and reporting.
