Manager, organisation development and human resources
You will design and implement programmes to drive Organisation Excellence in the Council. You will also take on some Human Resources functions covering recruitment, talent development and other new HR initiatives.
Requirements:
• A good degree with 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Organisation Excellence and Human Resources work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with all levels of staff to drive and build an engaged workforce
You are also required to include one-page write-up on your interest and involvement in the arts.
