The UK Centre for Events Management at Leeds Metropolitan University is at the leading edge of events management education and is recognised nationally and internationally for its pioneering programmes and research portfolio. As part of our programme of expansion, we wish to make three new appointments.
The Centre is one of the largest of its kind in the world and boasts a winning team responsible for advancing theory, policy and practice in events and festivals and developing innovative courses that are attracting record numbers of students each year. Our courses are international in focus and range from undergraduate and post graduate taught programmes through to PhD study. The Centre boasts a growing portfolio of publications and research activity including funding from the Arts Council, the ESRC, the European Commission and other agencies. We are now looking to develop our team as we enter another exciting stage of our strategic development.
