Artlandish Ltd is a Community Arts Provider working throughout North East Lincolnshire on a range of creative projects focussing on social development; we work with schools to deliver elements of the national curriculum, on the Creative Links programme we work with people with disabilities and sensory and physical impairments. We also work with a range of partners and clients on programmes within the community. Our vision is to make Art accessible to all. Established as a registered charity in 1996 and regularly funded by the Arts Council England, Yorkshire, we are now a popular element of the local Creative Industries and Social Economy.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director/Chief Officer to join our team. The successful applicant is responsible for leading the team to deliver our vision and strategy. We are very interested to hear from people with new ideas about how we can take our creative work to the wider community

Working alongside our creative team you will help to promote the use and development of creativity as a tool for regeneration and engagement. This management position is responsible for maximizing opportunities for income generation through both public sector grants and through earned income; liasing with key partners in the planning and funding of creative projects and programmes.

If you have the drive and enthusiasm to play a key role in our future, you will need experience of managing people and budgets, proven success in funding programmes and experience of working in the ‘not for profit sector’.
