arc is an architecture and built environment centre situated in an award winning purpose built building at the heart of the regeneration of the city of Hull. It promotes the role of good architecture and design in regeneration and the creation of sustainable communities throughout the Humber sub-region.
arc engages with developers, local authorities, national bodies and community groups through a number of innovative projects which include a high profile design review panel, a comprehensive skills and educational programme, a bespoke public art agency and targeted public engagement.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a new Chief Executive to drive arc forward. Ideally you will be a charismatic and creative leader with strong vision and direction; a well networked expert in the field of the built environment; conversant with the sustainable communities and regeneration agendas; with organisational management experience and a passion for creating great places though empowering people.
