Assistant Director, Cultural Leadership Programme
The Cultural Leadership Programme is seeking to appoint a talented and experienced Assistant Director to steer and advance the high level delivery of its strategic aims.
The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director and team to provide national leadership of the Cultural Leadership Programme.
Through this exciting and innovative initiative we seek to continue to champion leadership development across sectors, maintaining and extending the ambitious range of opportunities created in the first phase of the Programme. The Assistant Director will have a high-level strategic role, leading and managing the development and delivery of key programmes and partnerships.
CLP is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual with extensive experience of the issues and challenges faced by leaders in the cultural and creative sectors. Good strategic development and stakeholder relationship management skills and experience are essential, as are excellent communication skills and strong project management experience.
