Manager, Capability Development
You will be involved in manpower planning and development for the arts industry, in the areas of manpower supply and quality of manpower. The job scope includes the establishment of a Capability Development roadmap for artists and critical supporting arts industries.
You will also be involved in the training, development and recognition of artists through various schemes like national certification for arts manpower, scholarships, bursaries and arts awards.
