Director, literature
The Australia Council for the Arts is seeking an experienced, driven, articulate and committed individual to lead the Australia Council’s Literature team.
What you will be doing
The Director Literature provides leadership to the Literature section. The person in this role is responsible for driving whole-of-organisation strategic directions for Literature through articulation of a strategic plan developed in consultation with key internal and external stakeholders.

Technical / professional knowledge - significant sector knowledge and experience including knowledge and understanding of current issues, gained through high profile and / or influential roles.

Communication skills - exceptional relationship management skills with ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people.
