Officer, Organisational Development
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Development team at Arts Council England. The Team is responsible for developing a new approach to helping ambitious arts organisations undertake major change projects (called Gfta – OD Thrive!) as well as offering information, advice and guidance on organisational development internally.
Your role will be to support Arts Council Officers and a broad range of arts organisations with complex and innovative change projects. This is a great time to contribute to the Thrive programme and join an enthusiastic team. You will have the ability to build relationships internally and externally, to support programmes of organisational change and manage a diverse workload.
