Director (regional) Organisation: Arts Council Of Wales Location: Carmarthen Job Description MAIN OBJECTIVE As part of the Operations Directorate and in support of the Director of Operations: Act as the principal representative of the Arts Council of Wales (ACW) in the region. Lead and manage the regional team. Provide professional and expert advice, guidance and explanation of all planning matters involved in the strategic programming and management of ACW. Lead on the development and implementation of the regional plan as part of the national arts development strategy process. Develop and maintain a positive profile and working relationship with the main arts contact in local authorities and other key regional partners.
