Project Officer
This position reports to the Manager of Governance and Strategic Planning and is responsible for scheduling and co-ordination of input for AFC’s compliance documentation including annual reports, performance reports, corporate government reports and Departmental information requests.
Job Details
1. Scheduling and coordinating input from other AFC Divisions for AFC’s compliance document actions.
2. Drafting reports to Departmental information requests.
3. Drafting correspondence on behalf of Manager Governance and Strategic Planning.
4. Reviewing and drafting updates to corporate documentation including AFC Service Charter.
Selection Criteria
1. Knowledge and understanding of machinery of Government.
2. Experience in project planning and report writing.
3. Demonstrated skills in regard to preparation and writing of corporate and/or policy documents.
4. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload independently.
5. Ability to work as part of a team
6. Highly developed interpersonal communication skills.
7. Formal/ tertiary qualifications which evidences advanced research and writing skills is highly desirable.
8. Previous experience in preparation of compliance documentation is an advantage.
