Audiences NI, supported by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, is the audience development agency for Northern Ireland. Since launching in 2005, Audiences NI has delivered real results for the arts sector in Northern Ireland while evolving at a rapid pace. The agency seeks an exceptional leader to take it into its next phase of development. The successful candidate will have a track record of entrepreneurial flair, financial management, strategy development, people skills and business acumen, (ideally gained within an arts marketing background) combined with a genuine passion for the arts.
