MANAGER NATIONAL AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT Duration: 3-year contract, full-time Location: Surry Hills, Sydney The Australia Council supports excellent, innovative and distinctive artistic creation; encourages all Australians to be engaged with and enriched by the arts; and seeks to build a vital and viable arts sector. * Can you develop and manage people and a team effectively? * Do you have expertise in marketing and audience development across all artforms? * Do you have experience in raising funds in both the public and private sectors? * Do you have exceptional relationship and partnership management skills? * Do you have expertise in developing advice and options for decision-making? * Do you have high-level project, program and event management skills? Are you interested and capable of meeting these challenges? This is an exciting opportunity to work with the arts industry in managing the development, delivery and evaluation of strategies and programs to develop arts markets and audiences in Australia. Salary is $71,581 to $77,305 plus superannuation employer contribution (based on skills and experience).
