MANAGER YOUTH ARTS, EDUCATION AND POLICY Duration: Non-ongoing 2-year contract Location: Surry Hills, Sydney The Australia Council for the Arts is seeking an experienced Manager Youth Arts, Education and Policy to join our Community Partnerships section as part of the Community Partnerships and Market Development division. WHAT you will be doing In this role you will develop and coordinate policies, focusing on education and the arts strategies, which increase opportunities for children and young people to experience arts and culture as an integral part of their lives and learning. WHAT you can expect Total remuneration package $86,000 to $93,000 (based on skills, knowledge and experience). WHO we are looking for Someone who is * highly motivated about the work they do * a committed team leader * client-focused. Someone who has * an understanding of the contemporary issues in the Australian education and arts sectors * an understanding of the contemporary issues in the Australian arts sector relating to children and young people * communication skills.
