Industry Skills Director
You will do this by identifying the workforce issues and skills requirements of employers and sole traders in the sub-sector. You will support the work of a UK wide employer led skills panel that aims to capture and convert the skills needs of industry into a comprehensive action plan on the ground to drive up levels of skills and organisational performance. Ultimately, you will be famous (and judged) by your industry credibility and your know-how in making a reality of success for both employers and individuals.
