Visual Arts Officer
A key aspect of the role is to support the ongoing professional development of curators across the visual arts sector, managing a programme of traineeships, organising research trips and exploring other networking opportunities. You will also take a lead in developing a strategic approach to visual arts and education, contributing to the Department’s ongoing work in relation to audience development and public participation. You will have a strong understanding of the visual arts sector in Scotland and a good overview of national and international development in this field.
