Partnerships Executive

Manage secured major strategic business partner relationships and sponsor accounts, with direct responsibility for development of leveraging campaigns. Develop and market sponsorship packages that will increase revenue to ensure targets are met. Selection Criteria * Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills for effective liaison with other SOH departments, and for reinforcing relationships with existing clients. * Relevant degree and/or proven experience in account management, customer service and hospitality. * Sound sales skills and experience in securing and maintaining sponsor and business partner relationships. * Experience and skills in developing and implementing sponsors marketing, communication and promotional plans. * Knowledge and awareness of the corporate business environment, current trends, issues and the economic climate. * Awareness and understanding of the SOH and it's programs, products and service, as well as major presenters and their programs. * Analytical and numerical skills for reviewing and evaluating sponsorship opportunities and assessing cost/benefit analysis. * Effective research, accounting and reporting skills. * Personal work effectiveness and sound organisational and time management skills for balancing projects and priorities. * Knowledge and understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) * Knowledge and understanding of Ethical Practice * Knowledge and understanding of Ethnic Affairs Priorities Statement (EAPS) * Knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
