Development Director
The Development Director will help expand BAC's funding base beyond its substantial core of government funding and earned income to include capacity building and programmatic support from foundations and corporations. In addition to securing funds through philanthropic and sponsorship proposals, the Development Director will work with the president and benefit coordinator to secure corporate gifts and sponsors for the 40th anniversary benefit in 2006. A longer-term priority is to grow BAC's individual donor base through membership, annual appeal, special events and major gifts.
