Head of Museum Policy
You will be actively involved in the future development of strategic programmes for improvement and innovation in museums and will do this by working closely with the MLA Executive Board, the MLA Board, the Partnership Strategy group and external stakeholders. With a strong vision for the strategic development of museums rooted in an understanding of the needs and aspirations of the sector, you will have substantial and relevant experience of policy development in the public sector, including expertise in advocacy work at national level with senior politicians and other stakeholders. With skills in managing both projects and large scale budgets, you will be a highly effective communicator with well developed leadership and motivational abilities.
