Head of Development Cambridge Starting salary: £32,345 per annum + package of benefits This is a senior position that will lead and manage a team dedicated to the role of the arts in education and learning, skills and workforce development, diversity and social inclusion. You will have responsibility for major corporate projects including maximising the opportunities from the roll out of Creative Partnerships and Decibel, the Arts Council's initiatives for disadvantaged young people and cultural diversity. You will champion the growth of key arts organisations, broker Local Authority partnerships and develop plans to support talent. You will enjoy the challenges and opportunities of winning extra resources for the arts and developing external funding partnerships. The role demands excellent communication skills and a proven ability to motivate and manage teams as well as a working knowledge of relevant government agendas.
