Learning and Access Adviser Scottish Museums Council UK, England, Edinburgh The Scottish Museums Council is the membership organisation and principal channel for Scottish Executive funding for non-national museums in Scotland. Learning and Access Adviser (maternity cover) Temporary contract up to December 2006 Salary £18,381 - £23,023 per annum (pending review) SMC seeks an experienced and highly motivated person to support SMC's member museums in providing high quality lifelong learning and access provision. You will be involved in the running of various projects and initiatives relating to education, lifelong learning, access and social justice. This will include advisory visits to museums throughout Scotland. Educated to degree level, you will have at least three years experience of working in a learning environment, project management, and producing learning resources as well as having an understanding of different education/access sectors and agendas.
