Co-ordinator - CYP Programme
1. Introduction This post is for a Co-Ordinator of the Creative Youth Partnerships Programme in the Arts Development Department. The post is tenable until 31 st March 2007. A secondment from a current employer would be welcome. 2. Terms and Conditions Salary Scale : £18,809 to £28,007 per annum Initial salary will fall within the scale minimum and scale maximum. There is a contributory pension scheme operated through the Northern Ireland Local Government Officers Superannuation Committee. The appointment will commence with a probation period of six months which may be terminated at a month’s notice by either side during the period. The post attracts twenty five working days annual leave per annum. The leave year runs from 1 st March to 28th/29 th February. 3. Closing Date The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 5.30pm Thursday 6th October 2005 (see below). 4. Shortlisting Initial shortlisting will be carried out using the Essential requirements in the Person Specification. Should further shortlisting be necessary, the Desirable requirements will be applied in the order shown. 5. Interviews Interviews for this post will be held in late October.
