Chamber Music New Zealand is the leading professional presenter of chamber music concerts of the highest quality throughout the country. Concert series showcase top international and New Zealand artists, while the New Zealand Community Trust Chamber Music Contest encourages and supports outstanding young talent and creativity. The trust board wishes to appoint a Chief Executive to lead and manage the organization to ensure continuity in the implementation of its stratigic plan, and the achievement of its organizational, artistic, marketing and financial goals. Based in Wellington the Chief Executive, who will also hold the position of Secretary of the Trust, will bring dynamic, visionary leadership to a dedicated staff team and to CMNZ as a whole. This will require a creative and innovative approach to concert development, marketing and presentation, the ability to engage with current and potential stakeholders, and prudent financial management. This is a challenging and rewarding oppotunity to lead, grow and develop one of New Zealand's leading performing arts ogranizations. Applications and expressions of interest should be directed to the consultants advising CMNZ on this appointment by 31 August.
