The Head of Internal Communications is a key role in Arts Council England, supporting and engaging colleagues across the organisation’s nine regional offices and its national office. Internal communications is based in the Press and Public Affairs Department, providing the crucial internal communications elements of wider communications strategies. The incumbent should be a highly motivated and persuasive individual who is able to thrive in a busy and high-pressure environment and have demonstrable experience of managing internal communications in a complex, multifaceted organisation.
