We believe that the arts have the power to transform lives and communities, and create opportunities for people throughout the country. Culture Finance is a gateway to help creative businesses access a broad range of business and financial support, providing business development, brokerage, and a micro credit scheme. It is managed by Arts Council England, with investment from the Phoenix Fund, and the North West Development Agency and Yorkshire Forward are funders and key strategic partners. Arts Council England is looking for an exceptional Director, with senior level debt finance and project management experience, and a keen understanding of the business needs of, and finance opportunities available to, the creative sector. An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to communicate persuasively will be essential qualities.
