Commercial Director
Wales Millennium Centre will open on 26th November 2004 as the pre-eminent showcase for the performing arts in Wales and an international leader in the presentation of world-class performing arts and cultural events. Applications are being sought from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Commercial Director. This is a senior level position reporting directly to the Chief Executive and is responsible for driving the Centre’s commercial activities including retail, catering, functions and events, and for identifying new commercial opportunities. Experience in a commercial environment and in delivering high standards of customer service are essential. As there is a significant responsibility for relationship management with many of WMC’s business partners, excellent communication skills are also essential.
