With the Creative Partnerships family in the South West and in collaboration with Cornwall you’ll build long-term partnerships between local schools and organisations – from architects, theatre companies, museums and cinemas to dance, film and recording studios, orchestras and web designers. You’ll encourage them to devise inspirational programmes of creative and cultural activity that really fit each school’s needs. You’ll need to be absolutely committed to social and political change and a tireless ambassador for young people’s rights. What’s more,your background in the cultural or community sectors, with an entrepreneurial emphasis, will have honed your ability to work productively with a wide range of people; to motivate and stimulate; and to forge strong relationships.
