Head, Resource Development
We’re looking for an experienced professional to manage the resource development unit, taking the lead in the development and execution of strategies that will maximise resources for the arts in the North East. You’ll have a proven knowledge of the arts, regional infrastructure and a good understanding of a wide range of new resource opportunities. Your experience will include corporate planning, staff development and budget management. You’ll have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to relate to a range of organisations at a senior level. Ref no: NO25
