Director of Operations
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will support the Chief Executive and Chairman, and be responsible for the Regional Directors, Capital Department, Community Touring, and Grant Administration Team. Objectives: - To contribute to and participate in the direction and management of ACW and to provide the Chair and Council with expert advice. - To manage and develop the operational performance of ACW, ensuring the translation of the business strategy into multi-site actions. - To manage and plan the work of Directorate staff.
