We are now looking to recruit a Director to coordinate the effective overall management of the company, its staff and resources, development and delivery of its action plan, and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders and other relevant organisations. NCSP is the strategic regional agency for skills development in the cultural and creative sector. It aims to encourage sustainable employment through skills and career development for those working in, or aspiring to work in, the sector. NCSP has gained regional and national recognition for its work. We are now looking to recruit a Director to coordinate the effective overall management of the company, its staff and resources, development and delivery of its action plan, maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders and other relevant organisations. The successful candidate will have: · a full understanding of issues associated with skills development in the cultural and creative sector · experience of collaborating with a range of external partners and individuals on projects · a proven track record of fundraising or generating income
