Arts Council England is the country's development agency for the arts. In the north west office we provide support and funding for artists & arts organisations across Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. The organisation is looking for an experienced management professional to lead the organisation's office services team in Manchester. You will have finance and accounts management experience, and a working knowledge of HR procedures and practices. You will provide advice and guidance on finance, grants management, IT and office services, including HR. You will have experience of staff management and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A commitment to diversity and a relevant accountancy qualification or equivalent experience are essential.
