As an action oriented leader you will manage the organisation development/learning and human resources functions of the organisation. Selection Criteria * Outstanding leadership skills and experience at a senior level including extensive people management and relationship management experience. * A proven record of achievements in driving workplace/people strategies that achieve successful business outcomes. * The ability to think strategically and transform strategy into tangible and practical outcomes. * The ability to drive workplace flexibility and productivity and create a reward and recognition culture. * An understanding of the business and artistic aims of the Sydney Opera House.
