DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS
Director of Programs (Director), Institute for Cultural Policy and Practice (Institute). The Institute, a major center for leadership education, research, and convening within arts/culture field seeks Director to design programs, develop resources, and build program capacity, profile, and visibility of Institute. Director will supervise program assistants, work closely with Administrator, report directly to Co-Directors. Doctoral degree strongly preferred. Preference for extensive experience in program design and delivery (in arts/culture) in areas of adult education, distance learning, organization development and capacity building, policy development and/or philanthropic or grant making services; ability to lead/motivate others; organize/prioritize complex projects; excellent written/oral communication skills. Substantial travel required. Reviews begin March 31, 2003
