Development Officer - Cultural Diversity
Ref: DO/45/03 This post will assist with the implementation of Resource's learning and access work and, in particular, advise on improving and developing the services of museums, archives and libraries for people from ethnic minority backgrounds. You will have at least three years' relevant work experience together with an understanding of our sector and a comprehensive knowledge of equality issues, key developments in cultural diversity and the Race Relations Acts. A first degree or a sound educational background with extensive relevant experience is essential. Please note that the starting salary for posts at Resource is usually at the lowest point of the pay band.
