FOUNDING DIRECTOR PERFORMING ARTS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The North Carolina School of the Arts is launching a Performing Arts Management Program and seeks to fill the faculty position of founding director. This is a graduate level program of one of the most celebrated professional performing arts conservatories in the nation with a student population of 1,100. The program will be offered through NCSA's School of Design and Production, with a full-time faculty of 20 and student body of 225. The successful candidate should demonstrate evidence of professional experience with an understanding of both the commercial and not-for-profit performing arts industry,excellent organizational and administrative skills, and evidence of relevant teaching experience. Terminal degree or equivalent professional experience required.
