Strategic Development Manager
In this high level post you will drive forward strategic initiatives to achieve change in the region’s cultural life. You will originate and manage significant areas of policy development through region wide partnerships and a wide range of advocacy activities. You will work closely with the Consortium’s Chief Executive. Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you will have a proven track record of working at a senior level with the cultural sector on strategic development and achieving results through partnership working. Your experience of managing multidisciplinary teams and projects, as well as securing external funding, will be combined with an understanding of current issues affecting the cultural sector. Flexible in your approach to working hours, you will have exceptional communications and negotiating skills.
