Tandanya aims to be internationally recognised as Australia's leading Indigenous Cultural Organisation. Registrations of interest are sought from people who can demonstrate: outstanding program development, team leadership, management and facilitation skills, to further develop the Institute's cultural program. Our successful applicant will understand the importance of acknowledging, maintaining and developing the many forms of Indigenous arts and cultural practices and; and should be capable of inspiring and motivating staff and community stakeholders to work as partners in the development and showcasing of both traditional and contemporary Indigenous cultures.
