Ref: MFA/6097 Total remuneration package to: $91,496.00 ($79,416.00-$82,914.00) Total remuneration package includes employer’s contribution to superannuation and leave loading. The Manager, Portfolio Performance manages a small Policy Unit. Focusing primarily on the State’s cultural institutions. The unit provides ministerial support, develops policy and provides advice for the Minister for the Arts, Ministry management, and the cultural institutions, on the portfolio's legislative framework, institutions’ performance management, and Government policy and processes. Selection Criteria:

  • Extensive experience with high level policy development, legislation interpretation and providing executive level advice, support and assistance.
  • Superior knowledge of the machinery of government. Extensive experience with Government communications.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant trends in public sector management including corporate governance, organisational performance, corporate planning, budgeting.
