ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Assistant Director for Community Art Center Assist in management of the day-to-day operations, including studio classes, conservatory, exhibitions, performances and outreach activities. Additional responsibilities will include working with staff and board committee members in the following initiatives facility/capital planning; computer hardware/database project; Moorestown Business Association and the Southern New Jersey Chamber of Commerce; state interim and final reports; and five-year long range planning process. Two-four years of proven non-profit or for-profit experience desirable, including demonstrated leadership ability, supervisory experience (staff and volunteer), interpersonal skills, fiscal management, excellent computer skills, and knowledge of the arts.
