This position reports to the Manager - Marketing and Corporate Development The purpose of position is to provide sponsorship, fundraising, marketing and administrative support to QAC's Marketing and Corporate Development Unit. Key Functions of Position

  • Take a lead role in the procurement and servicing of sponsorships. (Includes the preparation of proposals, funding requests, acquittals and related reports)
  • Actively engage with sponsors to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes from our corporate partnerships
  • Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and database to support sponsorship and fundraising activities
  • Update information and oversee the maintenance of QAC's website
  • Assist/Coordinate QAC events and promotions.
  • Provide marketing assistance as required by the Manager - Marketing and Corporate Development including the preparation and distribution of corporate documents and publications. Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations or equivalent practical experience.
